Payment will be taken from your account at the time of order.
The credit/debit card that is being used for the purchase must be yours. All credit/debit card holders will be subject to the usual validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of your card issuer refusing payment, Question Air (Q&A Clothing Ltd) will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In any event, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For all first time online customers, we will only ship to the credit card billing address for security purposes.
By placing an order on our website, you guarantee that the payment details you have provided to us are both valid and correct. You also guarantee us that when the order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. When placing an order on our website, if the billing address and delivery address are the same, you are confirming that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, you confirm you are the person referred to in the billing details.
