Please note, all prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are in pounds sterling.
When you place an order with us, you are offering to buy the item at the price that has been stated, subject to these terms.
There are a series of instructions on our website that will guide you through the process of placing an order with us.
We will e-mail you, once you have placed your order, with the total value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card and a payment reference number. (this must be used in all correspondance with ourselves). It is important that you understand that this is not an order confirmation or order acceptance. We are not obliged to supply the products you have ordered, unless we have them in stock and at the price stated.
If we don't have the item you have ordered in stock, or there is a delay, for whatever reason, we will endevour to contact you at the e-mail address you gave us. If we can't contact you, or get no reply to our e-mail, we will not supply you with a substitute product, unless you have instructed us otherwise.
Once we dispatch the items to you, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of this. this will be our acceptance of your order and this completes the contract between you and us. This will apply regardless of whether, or reasons out of our control, you have not received that e-mail. We will not dispatch your goods if we let you know that your order hasn't been accepted or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy. (see section RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY).
Orders will not be accepted for the following reasons:
1) An item you have ordered is not in stock.
2) Your payment is not authorised.
3) There is an error with either the product, or the pricing.
FAQ CLOTHING LTD is not obliged to supply products ordered through this website and the display of any items is not an offer to sell. The refusal of any offer to purchase by you, at any time, is at our sole discretion and we reserve this right to do so.
We will contact you by e-mail or telephone, if we are unable to complete your order following our order acknowledgement. (see section RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY).
FAQ CLOTHING LTD will do its best to keep the website as up to date as possible, but we cannot guarantee that any specific item will always be available. If we cannot supply an item, we will let you know by e-mail and release the funds being held in our account for the purchase, or offer you an online store credit that can also be used in one of our stores.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible.
First time customers are subject to standard fraud prevention checks; this could on occasion delay your order being processed and dispatched. We may require your first order to be dispatched to the card billing address only.
We will require a signature upon delivery of all goods shipped. UK and overseas orders are shipped by DHL for a rapid delivery.
Minimum delivery charges:
UK addresses : Orders Under £150 = £4.95 for DHL
UK addresses : Orders over £150 = Free DHL shipping
European addresses :
Orders under £1000 = £17.00
Orders over £1000 = free
USA addresses :
Orders under £1000 = £23.00
Orders over £1000 = free
Australia, NZ and other International addresses :
Orders under £1000 = £30.00
Orders over £1000 = free
Each purchase is insured by us during it's time in transit, until it is delivered to you. You can track your parcel by e-mailing us and we can track it for you or e-mail you a tracking number that you can use on the DHL website www.dhl.com.
Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. (unless same day delivery has been requested).
In the event that we cannot deliver to you within the time specified when placing your order, or an item is out of stock, we will let you know and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All new orders are taken as separate and are therefore treated individually.

We operate a free return policy for all UK customers.
As in our stores, customer satisfaction is always our top priority and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability.
Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange in compliance with our policy.
The returns procedure to follow is :
1) Within 7 days of receiving an item, you must obtain a return authorisation reference number by e-mailing us at orders@question-air.com
2) Write your return authorisation reference number on your original receipt and enclose it with the parcel you are returning. (Any items that are not accompanied by the returns number will not be accepted).
Any returns received after the 14 days are accepted at the sole discretion of FAQ CLOTHING LTD and will only be refunded with a credit note that can be used both online and in-store. It is essential that, in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in its original packaging. Earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.
Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser. Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and postal costs.
As we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, we would advise you to return items by registered post/DHL. Please note that the postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. For international returns please note on any export documentation or on the address label that the goods enclosed are returned goods.
This will ensure we are not charged any further duty or taxes on receiving the goods back into the UK. If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed onto the customer at the company's discretion. The customer's statutory rights are unaffected. For sale items, the return procedure remains the same, except goods must be returned to us within 7 days of the issue of your return authorisation reference number.

Payment can be made online by Visa, Mastercard or Switch/debit cards. Orders can also be placed by telephone or fax.
The credit/debit card that is being used for the purchase must be yours. All credit/debit card holders will be subject to the usual validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
In the event of your card issuer refusing payment, FAQ CLOTHING LTD will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In any event, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For all first time online customers, we will only ship to the credit card billing address.
By putting an order into us using our website, you guarantee that the payment details you have provided us on that order are both valid and correct. You also guarantee us that when the order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. When placing an order on our website, if the billing address and delivery address are the same, you are confirming that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.
Otherwise, you confirm you are the person referred to in the billing details. We regret to inform you that anyone who is a Question Air account holder will not be able to use their cards to purchase online until further notice. However, it is a service we hope to offer in the near future.

Legal ownership of the items will be retained by us until you have made full payment and it has been received by us. .
In the case of the payment being refunded to you by ourselves, legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert back to us. Risk on the items will be immediately passed to you on delivery to your address.

As both the internet and technology itself can be unpredictable, FAQ CLOTHING LTD cannot guarantee the website will be completely free of errors, viruses, bugs or compatible with all software and hardware. We also cannot guarantee that your visit will be totally uninterrupted. Access to our website is entirely at your own risk. If, for any reason beyond our control, we cannot provide you our internet services, we will not be held responsible to you. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the content of our website, explicit or implied, as it is presented as you see it. If we consider it to be necessary, at any time, we reserve the right to update product information, make changes to any part of our website, amend errors or withdraw any part of the site.

Appart from our contractual obligation to supply goods after acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, directors or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any damage or loss whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website. You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.

COMPETITIONS
1. Entry into the Competition is on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Question-Air.com, their group companies or their family members.
3. The Competition is governed by English Law.
4. To enter the Competition, please complete your details in boxes shown on The Competition page press the "Submit" button.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person.
6. The prize consists of £500 to spend online at Question-Air.com it is non-transferable, style and size is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
7. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
9. The closing date for entries to the Competition is 23.59pm 31/05/2011 (GMT). Entries received after the closing time will not be processed.
10. The Competition winner will be selected at random from all the complete entries. Question Air’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Spammers will be disqualified.
11. Question Air will notify the winner by 18:00pm on Monday 6th June(GMT). The winner will be notified by email or by telephone using the details submitted on the entry form. If the winner does not respond to that e-mail from Question Air within seven (7) working days of the time of notification, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Question Air will be entitled to select another winner at random (and that winner will have to respond to the e-mail sent to them by Question Air within (5) days of that e-mail being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize).
12. The winner must claim their prize directly with Question Air.com (contact details will be provided to the winners).
13. Question Air accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
14. The winner are responsible for obtaining and possessing a valid passport, insurance and any visas that may be required.
15. When submitting your competition entry, you will be required to give us your name and e-mail address. This email will be automatically entered into our database and you will receive Question Air newsletter which you may unsubscribe from.
16. No purchase necessary.
17. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Question Air for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
18. Question Air reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Question Air in all matters under its control is final and binding.
